IACFT is hosting three days of scientific presentations and posters on URINE as used in clinical and forensic toxicology.

POSTER ABSTRACTS

You are invited to submit original abstracts to be considered for online poster presentation display pertaining to the use of URINE in a clinical and/or forensic toxicology environment. 

Do you have a preparation method, an analytical technique, an interesting medico-legal case that involves URINE in clinical or forensic toxicology? If so, please consider submitting an abstract for poster presentation during our Autumn 2021 Virtual Meeting.

Poster abstracts will be peer-reviewed by our International Scientific Committee Collective who will make programme decisions. Our Committee's decisions are final.

All poster abstracts must be emailed to INFO@IACFT.ONLINE  by 30 September 2021 in Microsoft Word format

Poster abstracts may be submitted in Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Greek, Portuguese, Spanish, or Turkish.

Each poster abstract may have a maximum of up to six (6) co-authors and may contain a maximum of 500 words.

No graphs, images or other types of illustrations may be included.

More than one poster abstracts may be submitted by the same team/authors but only one poster abstract may be accepted for online display as the discretion of our International Scientific Committee Collective.

If a poster abstract is accepted for online display, the Presenting Author MUST register for the virtual scientific meeting.

Additionally, for accepted poster abstracts, the Presenting Author MUST make their poster available to IACFT at least 14 calendar days before the start of the online conference (by 18 October 2021).

The International Alliance of Clinical and Forensic Toxicologists reserves the right to publish all original, previously-unpublished poster presentations as manuscripts in a Special Issue after they have been presented at the IACFT virtual scientific meeting.

Posters may be submitted in any of the following languages: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Greek, Portuguese, Spanish, or Turkish.

Any images shown in the poster must have informed consent.

Presenting Authors are required to declare any Conflict of Interest within their poster.

POSTER ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

Your poster abstract should ideally include the following headers:

  • Introduction and Aims
  • Materials and Methods
  • Results
  • Discussion and Conclusions
  • Keywords: Up to 5 keywords or phrases must be included below your abstract
