POSTER ABSTRACT CALL

You are invited to submit original abstracts to be considered for online POSTER presentation in the following general categories:

• Clinical Toxicology
• Postmortem Forensic Toxicology
• Human Performance Toxicology (including "Drugs and Driving" and Drug Facilitated Crimes")
• Alternative Biological Specimen Toxicology (including Hair Testing)
• Novel Psychoactive Substances
• Analytical Methods in Clinical and/or Forensic Toxicology
• Case Studies
• Innovations and Novel Research

All abstracts must be submitted online by 14 May 2021 in Microsoft Word format.

Abstracts may be submitted in Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Greek, Portuguese, Spanish, or Turkish.

Each abstract may have a maximum of up to six (6) co-authors and may contain a maximum of 500 words.

No graphs, images or other types of illustrations may be included.

More than one abstract may be submitted by the same team/authors but only one abstract may be accepted for presentation as the discretion of our International Scientific Committee Collective.

Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by our International Scientific Committee Collective who will make programme decisions by 21 May 2021. Our Committee's decisions are final.

If an abstract is accepted for poster presentation, the Presenting Author MUST register for the virtual scientific meeting and be present during the scientific meeting to interact with audience members and to answer questions.

The International Alliance of Clinical and Forensic Toxicologists reserves the right to publish all original, previously-unpublished presentations as manuscripts once they have been presented at the IACFT virtual scientific meeting. 

Posters may be presented in any of the following lnguages: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Greek, Portuguese, Spanish, or Turkish.

Any images shown in the posters must have informed consent.

Presenting Authors are required to declare any Conflict of Interest within their poster.

IACFT Regular Members are invited to volunteer as Peer Reviewers for our Spring 2021 Virtual IACFT Meeting.

If you can find the time and have the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise to further our science by reviewing submitted poster abstracts in one or more of our conference languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Greek, Portuguese, Spanish and Turkish), please email us at INFO@IACFT.ONLINE as soon as possible to register your willingness to volunteer in this extremeley important duty to our field.

INVITATION FOR MODERATORS

IACFT Regular and Student Members are invited to volunteer as Moderators for our Spring 2021 Virtual IACFT Meeting.

If you are available during the week of 31 May 2021 to 04 June 2021 to be part of the online poster moderator team during our poster sessions and would like to build your CV and to further our science by moderating one of our scientific sessions, please email us at INFO@IACFT.ONLINE as soon as possible to register your willingness to volunteer in this extremeley important duty to our field. We are particularly interested in potential moderators who are fluent in one or more of our conference languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Greek, Portuguese, Spanish and Turkish).
